Management bad

Pros

Great pay, easy job CEO cares about employees.

Cons

Managers don't care about you unless they like you, so that means you won't get any hours or hardly any promotions. Any new benefit increases or pay increases don't apply to you if you are already working. Newer employees got 75 cents for finishing their cross training, if you were already working before it was 25 cents and you don't get the increase

Not my favorite Job…

Pros

The crewmembers are nice and the pay is fine.

Cons

The managers are absolute terrible! They are selfish pigs who only care about money!!! I haven’t felt worse working somewhere in my entire life, and that was only a month in. They are absolute hypocrites who chooses their favorites and don’t care about anything else. To them, your replaceable. And they wonder why they need people desperately. They decided to give people a “generous” 25 cent raise just so they keep tolerating their bs. Honestly I haven't worked there for a year yet and I already feel like quitting. This isn’t even the entire alarming issue with Canes.
