      Pros

      - Lots of talented people - Lots of opportunity to learn new skills - Decent salary range and perks

      Cons

      - Projects are not planned properly and still have the tendency to throw everything in the wall and see what sticks. This creates lots of frustration to execute the project - Current management have tendency to treat people as disposable, so layoff can happen any time. Serbinis management treated people more like assets - Work life balance is difficult to achieve, lots of OT works are expected

      Pros

      I've worked at a few different companies before and Kobo is by far the most rewarding employer i've been with. Good people, good culture, good pay/benefits. Extra long weekends on summer stat holidays are great too!

      Cons

      I miss the weekly beer o'clock.

      Pros

      There are a lot perks and great people that work here. It's also a good place to work from a career advancement standpoint. They tend to hire within which is nice.

      Cons

      The location can be a bit tough for commuters coming from certain areas.
