RJA is easily the most team-oriented and cohesive work environment I have enjoyed during my career. I appreciate the benefit of working with two wonderful, kind, compassionate and hardworking principals who understand the importance of life/work balance. Each of our team has a profound mutual respect for one another which is evident in the positive work environment we share and the work we produce for our clients. Projects are dynamic, engaging and challenging. An enormous sense of pride comes from making a positive impact on the built environment throughout Denver and beyond. It is not a stretch to say that I would like to be a part of this wonderful firm/team through the remainder of my career.
