As you mentioned, we have annual learning and development budgets for employee's to use to continue their professional development at Ramp.
In addition we have our annual performance review cycle where there is an opportunity for individuals to be awarded with pay rises and promotions. Our performance review framework has been built to incorporate mid-year and quarterly reviews to ensure we continue to assess performance, nurture your growth, celebrate your achievements, and provide you with the support needed.
