Pros

- Absolutely outstanding product. - Access to incredibly advanced AI tools - Great benefits - No matter your role at Ramp, you have agency to implement real change, which is really great.

Cons

- Extreme stress with little to no time for reprieve. This job is full on for the entire 8 hour shift. If you're meeting metrics, guaranteed you're feeling burnout - Nearly impossible to feel rested enough after a weekend - Holiday coverage does not give time to wind down and recover from the constant barrage of calls, chats and emails.

Pros

- The opportunity to make a ton of money and work with smart, capable peers. - Fantastic product

Cons

- You will have no life outside of work. It is normal to work 14-16 hours a day, every day, plus weekends. - Expected to onboard with the worst enablement team in history. People who have never sold a day in their life, and your success/future is in their hands. They fail you in certifications on purpose, like a torture mind game. - If you have a bad or new manager, you are done for. Zero guidance, and if they are under pressure, it's your job on the line. - There is an expectation that you will become an expert in all aspects of the platform within the first few weeks. It's nearly impossible. - Multiple reports of marriages and families being destroyed because of this job.

Pros

- great product - smart people - good pay (w/ a caveat)

Cons

- everyone in Account Management at Ramp works 10-12 hour days, so even though the OTE is above average, you hourly wage is significantly lower than advertised, since we are on salary and do not get paid for OT, which is the expectation - 2025 quotas were very attainable; 2026 quotas are unattainable - lots of ego and pretentiousness at this company, not as ‘friendly’ of a culture as other tech companies I’ve worked for
