Pros

Favorite company I've worked at - people push each other but still collaborate. It's competitive but in a motivating way. Quotas are high, but attainable. Lot of career opportunities. Things move fast. Employees are given a lot of autonomy

Cons

It's not for everyone - it's a demanding place to work and the people you're surrounded by are incredibly impressive/talented. Can be intimidating and you have to be willing to put in a lot of hours/effort. But if you do, it's rewarding and career opportunities are endless

Pros

- Fast-growing company with a great product - The company is new, and there is much work yet to be done, so there are many opportunities to distinguish yourself. - There is a lot of trust in employees - if you see an opportunity to improve anything, it's likely you'll be able to spend time doing so. - Many opportunities to gather with other employees, even if you work remotely. Summer house rentals, summer Olympic games, happy hours, and more. - Great pay, great perks.

Cons

- Fast-growing young companies tend to pivot quickly, this isn't really a con, but it might be a deterrent for some people who like more consistency. - No strong statements or initiatives surrounding DEI.
