      Pros

      Great place to have a point of view, to take ownership of projects, and experiences and lead teams through design and craft. Designers have incredible impact throughout the entire company, some companies claim design "has a seat at the table" , at Ramp designers built the table.

      Cons

      Not for everyone. You'll need to be comfortable working in ambiguity, making decisions fast, and trusting your instincts.

      Pros

      People here are incredible - smart, kind, and collaborative. Everyone is empowered to grow and have impact. The company operates insanely well - focused on near term goals with huge dreams. A real rocket ship!

      Cons

      As with any fast growing startups, it's demanding and the bar is high. If that motivates you, you belong here.

      An amazingly talented group of people who are humble, kind, and easy to work with and fun to learn from. Interview process and onboarding were seamless. Can't wait to see what the future holds!

      Nothing to note so far! Everything has been seamless. Hopeful that as the company continues to grow, the culture stays tight knit and the bar for talent remains high.
