      Sadly toxic culture

      Pros

      smart people that are all very product driven. Roll out good features fast altho it comes at the cost of burning people out.

      Cons

      Egoistic to the point that they are out of touch with reality. worse than the Wall Street finance culture in the way that they think they are cooler than that (yet they are as basic as that). Political and toxic culture that could scare and silence people. Immature male driven management that makes it hard to feel human to work here!

      Pros

      - smart and driven coworkers - innovative product - strong company growth - great benefits and competitive comp - great WLB - fast-paced environment with lots of opportunities for ownership and impact

      Cons

      - Very fast-paced and less structured environment, which I enjoy but could see being a con for someone looking for a more structured environment

      Great product, great benefits, remote first, most employees are talented.

      Cons

      There’s definitely favoritism & the employees who have been there and found themselves in management don’t necessarily belong there. A select few managers are known to be difficult but they’re not checked, makes for a rough time on certain sales teams, low morale, feelings of eggshells, etc. The narcissism is insane as well - I don’t know why some folks think they’re anything special. It’s a free product.
