Pros

Great place to put your head down and make a lot of money. The product is far and away better than anything else on the market, there's a reason Ramp is taking off. Super cool to be a part of a rocket ship while being paid great

Cons

There is no work life balance here. You will be part of a hyper-capable team, and the company motto is Job's Not Finished. You will be working minimum of 60 hours a week, and there is no room for questioning managers. You do what they tell you, and you don't stop. Career wise you will take off. Mentally you will plummet

There is not a better product in the market

Cons

Shifting goal posts on performance metrics Preferential treatment of others People are let go, then managers tell their subordinates that those were mutual departures. Numerous above average performers, even top performers, in the AM department laid off but then they're actively hiring for these roles. One minute your work is being praised, the next you're out.

Everyone's super smart and also humble and friendly. Everyone's top of their game and highly driven so you gotta work hard. The company's also growing crazy fast and it's an exciting time right now. Leadership is also very accessible.

Cons

I can't really think of any. Sometimes I work ~50 hours a week but nothing crazy.
