It's amazing to know that the work I do is changing people's life in a significant way. Strong culture that is more than just talk - if you commit to it, you'll love it. The leadership team is a combination of strength and humility that is hard to find in most companies.

Cons

Hard to stand out in a group of such high caliber team players (not really a con)
