- Clean/modern work environment - Beautiful campus - Good on-site food (prices too) - Challenging

Cons

- Lack of communication of long term goals - Relationships matter more than work - Mid and executive level bloat. Too top heavy - Sensitive/insecure leadership - Slow to market. - Product change adverse. - On-site only (unless you’re contracted) - Low salaries. (Does not adjust pay for the area’s higher than average cost of living)
