Pros
Dave restructured the company in 2012 which began to drive a lot of change. It's fascinating to watch the company go through major transformation in leadership and the way it operates. Adding 100 new people in 2015, company size has grown about 25% breaking the 500 mark. New projects and investments are presenting lots of growth opportunities and positions for the team. Leadership has focused on technology this year resulting in a technology restructure and a lot of new investment. Digital has been a big investment area in the past, but this year it is ratcheting up to a new level. Work Life balance is a key part of the culture. There will always be seasons of heavy loads, but the general rule is to work 40 hours a week. There's a reason Ramsey Solutions is listed annually as one of Nashville's Best Places to work...it is. The people are awesome. The culture is awesome. Everyone works hard to do their best...no slackers.
Cons
When I think about other places I've worked, the cons I experience here aren't worth listing. Expectations for performance are extremely high. It can be overwhelming for some people to keep up with the high expectations and fast paced environment.
