Many of my coworkers were really great people.

Cons

I came in a fan and I still am as far as the radio show but this place was way too high pressure and stress. All that I can say is that if you work here prepare yourself for a roller coaster ride of emotions. Or in some cases, maybe it will be great. It was not for me.

Pros

Amazing work environment. The person is valued and taken care of. Lots of personal growth. Great team environment. Good PTO. Most who work there are kind, funny, and fun. Jesus-centered business.

Cons

Salary can be on the lower end, especially if you are relocating to Franklin. Very long interview process, it is hard in the moment, but it is beneficial for both you and the company in the long run.
