Pros

really it was learning experience of mine. i had learnt a lot from CEO and CTO. thanks to them. i miss ramsoft. its a lovely family.

Cons

i dont think any down sides, but one thing is they are very strict regarding work. i miss that

Everyday is a learning at Ramsoft. The role at this company helped me growth proffessionally in my career. As i was reporting to the CEO of the company. I got to learn many aspects of management at work.

Cons

No down sides of the work as such.

Pros

Good place to start as International Marketing Executive. No work pressure. Employees are very friendly and very supportive. Lot of refreshments. Overall good place to learn how to work.

Cons

Compared to other companies, pay is very low. The company has very basic Infrastructure. Career growth is also not very good.
