- High salary for experienced employee - Got contractual bonus for permanent staff - Friendly staff - Can learn many things as beneficial to fresh graduates - Can do different jobs even not your scope -

Cons

- High turnover rate - Toxic management - Racial bias - Micromanaging - Inadequate staff (need to do job more than as assigned) - Improper facility provided - To much documentation works cause other to fraud data - Difficult to claim OT - Highly restricted budget - Vehicles parking not enough, contract employee need to park outside
