Cons

Ranbaxy R & D is planning to sack 40% of employee strength within this year Pharma Major Ranbaxy Laboratories come out with HR Policy to Sack their employees 30 to 40% within this year. Sources said the policy is already enforced and multiple employees has been forced to put their Resignation without any notice. HR Dadagiri:- HR Person comes to employee and ask to put the resignation immediately without asking any reason , they also forcing employee if they don’t put the resignation then company may terminate the employment and they will not get job in other companies , also they are asking to not disclose anything to media else their pending perks will be put onhold and strict action will be taken against them. Some of the employee getting such treatment from Ranbaxy HR in such a bad way that they got fainted at the same place or extremely shocked with no clue in any issue in their work performance or hint. This is the worst way of making employees harassed and not keeping their family or health conditions in Mind. Some sources said that company has hired New HR Executive who is coming out with such a policies, recently their are multiple non employee friendly HR Polices has been changed this year and now employees firing is taking place. Few months ago Ranbaxy has recalled their drug Lipitor from US market due to manufacturing issues in the tablets and now Japanese management wants Indian workers to be on their toes with keep fear in mind while work and showing there is no job security in Ranbaxy unless they work hard with more accuracy. Some of the fired employees are thinking to collaborate and approach Labour ministry about this kind of cruel behavior by company without giving notice to the employees to get sufficient time to make their family wealth arrangements to find new job.
