      Nice Sales and Marketing Structure - lots of exposure to sales and marketing. Helps to understand the market better

      Not upto date on Organization and Analytics, Not overly reliant on modern methods, Lack of new thinking, Too much hierarchy

      Pros

      Everything. In the Jacksonville, FL location the people where nice and knowledgeable. Nobody shirked their duties. The atmosphere was excellent.

      Cons

      After Ranbaxy was purchased by Sun the place went down hill. You couldn't pay me enough to work for Sun Pharmaceuticals. The people are backstabbing and I've never worked with a less knowledgeable group of people.

      Pros

      Ranbaxy no longer exists. When it did it was a good company to work for- the RANBAXY Sr. Management and the US was a great team.

      Cons

      Purchased by Sun. Huge culture clash. Sun has zero regard for employees- their philosophy is to quote a Sr. Executive "churn and burn them until you use them up". Lack of organization and structure. Cares little about doing things right.
