      Pros

      Ranbaxy no longer exists. When it did it was a good company to work for- the RANBAXY Sr. Management and the US was a great team.

      Cons

      Purchased by Sun. Huge culture clash. Sun has zero regard for employees- their philosophy is to quote a Sr. Executive "churn and burn them until you use them up". Lack of organization and structure. Cares little about doing things right.

      After Sun Pharma acquisition, most of the Sr. Management has left and a very stressful environment exists.
