      I was happy when I worked for the CPD division but I was Surprise when they closed the division.

      Pros

      As an employee I was very much interested to work for the company, except for the idiotic decisions of some of the managers, especially when they closed an upcoming division the consumer products division, which would have taken the company to the General public which in turn would have increased the status of their share in the market,

      Cons

      I don't' know what kind of Management they are having now. But my suggestion to the management is that they should not indulge in starting a division and closing it abrubtily.
