The Company has brand name, reputation and delivered good results in the past. Despite its various shortcomings it provides good exposure. Better work culture for Senior and Middle level professionals. A better Company in next five to eight years.

Ineffective HR policies designed to favor the Senior and Middle level Management but not a good place for a professional. Disparity in Compensation of employees at same level. Resistance to address grievances of Employees.
