      Pros

      The most important thing I like about Ranbaxy that employees always become very proud when they mention that they are from Ranbaxy. A glow in their face. If a company is not so good then their employee can never feel proud.

      Cons

      I am not enough capable to comment anything about a company which is too good with there employee. While you are in Ranbaxy people expect something more from you because you are a Ranbaxian. That is the most toughside you can say rather than downside.
