Vast opportunities for learning experience

Cons

High amount of turnover, not specific to any group salaried or hourly. People are promoted based off how easy they are to manipulate versus their talent or work ethic. Management from the Kraft Group watches over the operation like they are royalty. Long hours, poor decision making, and low pay make this not the best place for long term employment.
