Long hours are the norm with no reward. Management very unprofessional and has unrealistic expectations. Just mean. Never have I ever been treated so unprofessionally in the many years I have worked in the corporate world. It was shocking!

Extremely controlling management, who treat employees as objects that can be push aside and abused. Owner Jeff Spiegel has a little man's complex and walks around the office only choosing to say hello to random employees. He and his motley management crew and truly the B team, and in any other corporate environment these fools would be fired for acting so poorly. They have absolutely no clue how to manage people or build a true positive space for people to work.
