Pros
-Travel -Great co-workers that make the place bearable
Cons
-Company culture is terrible and everyone below director level are actively trying to find new jobs -Some departments are extremely toxic and no one wants to figure out what the problem actually is so it forces all the people that work extremely hard to leave -HR is a joke and just started having a presence in all offices within the last 2 years and after all the time extremely problematic behavior was able to breed. -A lot of lip service from upper management with very little follow thru on change that they say is coming -If you don’t kiss up to upper management good luck getting a promotion -Very few people expect to be there in 1-2 years -Unnecessary stress on all departments with two or three gatekeepers to projects that come in at the last minute, change their mind and everyone is scrambling to pull presentations together -A lot of work for not a lot of money -Bonuses in all departments except for sales are a joke. -Overly focused on sales to where all other departments feel like they're second best -Very little work life balance and you’re rarely allowed to work from home -People are always watching your work hours and they were extremely strict about not taking longer than a 30 min lunch with no flexibility -Extremely sexist environment, the good ole boys club is alive and well -Mismanage business opportunities and overload people with work on new business instead of fixing their previous problems
