      good company benefits- casual dress code

      Cons

      everything else. Young immature women who act like high school teenagers. If you are a man or over 28 don't bother to apply here. Management is more focused on promotion young people than getting in people who actually know what they are doing. Middle management is very weak. Upper management is blind to what is actually happening with the team members below them. Management can't agree on the direction of the company so you end up doing projects 2-3 times as they change their mind.. I read a bad review on this company before I took the job, but thought it might just be one disgruntled employee- I guess I should have listened and not taken the job. It was an entire year of misery!.

      Pros

      Summer Fridays and nice holiday parties. My peers were lovely and I made some great friends.

      Cons

      No appreciation for hardworking individuals giving up their entire lives to make the owner richer. Low pay and horrible bonuses. There's absolutely no loyalty from management. They will throw you under the bus to save their own skin in a heartbeat. The company is riddled with disgusting and quite pompous personalities that made me hate going to work everyday. The favoritism is ridiculous and blatant. Disrespected daily by those who feel they're above having to deal with the "little people".

      Lots of catering and meals out. Great office location.

      Cons

      There were unrealistic timelines and very different processes than I was accustom to. Absolutely NO training, which made my day to day life difficult. Too many in house reporting systems that did not work properly. They were crazy strict with the day to day office hours. There was also an expectation of super short notice travel and time spent with peers. A sexist environment: definitely a good ole boys club Company pushes drinking!
