Pros
RSR had a fairly entrepreneurial approach and the look and feel of a start up dynamic with a genuine aspiration to deliver a best in class service to it's clients and a tendency to operate with honesty and integrity both internally and externally.
Cons
Real challenges around infrastructure, resource constraints and bandwith in general and they had a 'win and stock' mentality that left them at the mercy of the market place all too often. Also, the agility that they prided themselves on and used as a USP often created a lot of organisational change which was unsettling for some when poorly communicated.
