      Pros

      Will learn a lot about recruiting quickly - nice base to have to jump into a sales or HR career

      Cons

      Work you to the bone - will ask you to stay every weekend and you're not a team player if you don't. Poor management - they just promote whoever has been there 'longest', which means for at least 1 year since the turnover is literally 500%. These promoted managers have no leadership skills, and can be awful. They can work for awful companies and horrible positions that I felt bad placing people in, because they pay and hours were so awful.

      They don't have any compation for your family members that have fallen ill. I missed days because my father had become I'll and they told another girl they hired in my place that I made it up and I missed 7 days, which I didn't. I missed 2 and left early to take my dad to the Dr. Didn't even write me up for missing....called and left a voicemail telling me not to come back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!;;;

      Met some wonderful consultants and trainers Good commission Great induction

      Do not work in a smaller office - you are forgotten about and are rarely visited - make sure you work in a hub like Manchester or London, forget about working in a smaller office elsewhere. Management/senior staff can be very aggressive towards you if they don't like constructive feedback you have given them
