      Pros

      One of the best team spirit I have ever experienced in my life. People were recruited after psychological tests to make sure their personalities would be a great fit! People were highly motivated and knowledgeable. The mission of helping people find the right job for them was also very engaging.

      Cons

      Intense micromanagement caused a lot of stress on everyone. You cannot think outside the box and you have to fit into the mold. It could be very frustrating for a consultant and a business developer. Plus to become a manager you had to have connections rather than good scores.
