Everything at this company is considered cons - Worst company i’ve ever seen in my life, bad mental health people are suffering anxiety because of senior managers, no promotions, salary reviews are only 100 zl brutto a year, they took our bonuses from twice a year to once if we reschedule over 100% of revenue, work load not manageable, nobody care about health of BHP at work

Toxic environment, low pay, promotions only to the "liked" aka bootylickers Very high pressure, youre constanlty in meaningless meetings where you hear the same things over again about how useless you are The offices are not of use, open space with lots of noise and very few meeting rooms. Or even chairs and desks. No kitchen room to eat your food like a normal human, you will eat your lunch over your laptop! Bullying people they don't like No fancy events or any thank you gifts (in xmas season for example, with soo many clients you could get a bottle of wine to your employees) No work life balance, you can be on vacation and your manager will contact you! Very very competitive
