Randstad is a great contractor to work for
Pros
Randstad provides an individual approach to managing their staff, providing a sense of security and importance for their employees. The local manager does a wonderful job of supporting their staff and including them in the overall mission for the client their are servicing. I look forward to continue working for Randstad and end my career with this fantastic company over the next 20 years.
Cons
I have not found any major cons with Randstad, they have always protected my employment interests. Randstad, like all contractors, works within the budget they are provided by the client. Randstad has protected their employees through tough times such as COVID, including the lead times in the post COVID world. Randstad does wee d out the employees which do not move the client's mission forward, to some that might be a negative, for others, it creates a positive profession working environment.
