Refusing COLA's

Business Outlook

Pros

Remote. That is the only thing I can think of that was positive about this company.

Cons

Even with record breaking profits they refused to give COLA's (which they call "merit" increases to make you feel better about getting less than a $1 raise every year). They do not promote employees that are actually capable of doing their jobs. Currently on the accounts that remain in the USA and not overseas they are doing massive layoffs and overloading the remaining employees. They get rid of seasoned employees because they make too much and replace with new employees starting at a lesser salary than they were giving new employees even 5 years ago They put people on salary to avoid paying overtime while giving an insane workload that would be way over 40hrs a week Business practice of doing "re-orgs" to include laying off upper management (directors/VPs) who make too much and promoting managers who are not trained or capable of doing the job at a MUCH lower salary
