      Pros

      I've worked here almost 5 years; they don't just say they care about work life balance, they show it. No micro-managing, no guilt trips for needing time off (even for mental health days). Good benefits and PTO policy; They're enthusiastic and supportive about personal growth and internal mobility; Lots of Business Resource Groups

      Cons

      Like any corporation/business, navigating the current business environment is stressful. Cuts have to be made, but even in this, they seem to try and be fair; And they're actively working on salary transparency

      Cons

      Training program is great but in my opinion they train backwards. They should train on system operations before they start training on everything else.

      It paid 15 but when I started I was told the job I was doing was actually 17 an hr. John is a good person to speak with the company

      Cons

      They don't care. They don't help you find a job after take you off a assessment. They don't care for real. I've tried even going up there they are no help. Also if you looking for work in Carrollton it self they don't have it but will send you all the way to Kennesaw ga. Good luck .
