Pros

Benefits package and Stock Purchase Plan was decent. When it was just Randstad the culture was about employee empowerment.

Cons

Culture changed and became unethical and cut throat. There was no more employee synergy across the country. I saw some of the best people leave the company. It became about numbers only not helping people get great jobs. The wrong direction for sure.

Pros

Great training and development, very good to launch career for new grads, team-oriented and collaborative environment.

Cons

Very sales-driven rather than HR-focused. Oftentimes the emphasis is places sheerly on numbers rather than quality of service to clients and talent. This is common in the industry, but it doesn't translate over well into corporate HR, which is where many employees would like to go from here.
