      8+ years here and have no desire to be anywhere else

      Pros

      Very solid management team, enjoyable workplace, good benefits and opportunity to earn what you're worth. We've been through a number of iterations and, yet, the morale has remained high and the direction has stayed pretty clear. No micro-management here if you do your job.

      Cons

      None at all... maybe a new chair wouldn't be a bad thing.

      Pros

      Training was excellent and ongoing. Fun environment with plenty of social activities along with job

      Cons

      Metrics to be met are worthless unless you have clients and jobs that are real. I understand that it was a tough employment environment when I was there but not a lot of job flow.

      Pros

      Work with good clients. We also have a recognizable brand name in the industry. Large international presence across many verticals.

      Cons

      This position is monotonous and can become extremely frustrating over time. It doesn't help that management tells you the same things repeatedly and harps on the same metrics.
