Pros

Good benefits - healthcare, dental, vacay, life ins

Cons

Everything you do is micro managed, all they care about is your points. When you are in training they want you to sell. Lots of cold calling in the beginning- It was 95% sales and was really stressful. I am glad I left so I didn't go crazy. If you're off for a day they expect you to make up what you didn't do on the day you were off. The area vp's call branch managers daily. Always a meeting about something

Pros

- For young college graduates, the amount of money you can make exceeds that of very respected professions.

Cons

- Very immature work force resulting in "high school drama". - Its a "churn and burn" atmosphere and they do not care to retain employees or offer continuing educational growth. - Management is over the top when it comes to Micro-management. They only care about outbound calls, claiming it leads to increased profit.
