Pros

Hard to think of any....... The only good think is location and marketing material are very good.

Cons

If you are thinking of accepting the offer... please read the review first, as the interview process seems really professional and they promise the world to you. Remember you are being interviewed by sales people... and they are selling you the job. First of all, they have the highest turnover. Every month there where about 2-6 people quitting the job. The other people are working just because they can not find a better job and need to pay their bills. -Expect to work very long hours, absolutely no life/work balance - The most micromanaging environment ever (everything has metrics, which are more important then results) - You have to give reports thee times a week, and if you haven't met you metrics they make your life miserable - Staffing consultants run a 360 desk, where you both sell and recruit. You are usually assigned tiny territories and have to work your manage, you can only sell core business, so if you get other orders you have to pass them to a different division with absolutely no benefits. - Very high pressure and stressful environment. If you are thinking of joining staffing industry, go to a competitor because you will hate your life if you join Randstad.....( I wish I was exaggerating).

Pros

I was placed quickly within the position. The pay for good for temporary employment and I had health benefits almost immediately.

Cons

A lot of paperwork and, with any temp agency, it's hard having more than one person to report to at the place of employment as well as through randstad, but if I had question, I could easily get in contact with my representative. Also started at a lower pay range than originally advertised as they position that was full time was not the same as the higher hourly

Pros

Not much to say here except for flex time; it's easy to just meet your call goals and sneak out early..nobody watches to see if your're actually working.

Cons

Poor management, poor CRM and other tools, slow internet connectivity and even senior recruiters are just 9-5 'ers and are not passionate about thier jobs. Bunch of young, entiltled brats they bring in and the pay is sub standard to what other company's offer. There is also a lot of in-fighting, even on the same team; mostly the left overs from when it was Think Resources. They make promises to upgrade tools to make them better, but never deliver and commision structure is designed to where you feasibly could only make $80,000/YR total comp after working as hard as you can. Management also tends to favor people who have been there longer when deciding who gets an account (good ole boy mentality.
