There was little training in the way of Customer Service, handling escalations or managing unusual situations. Almost no training on proper sales techniques. A lack of communication ensured that you could lose your job at the drop of a hat. Almost zero communication after the job ended.

They micro-manage employees, they make it extremely difficult to bonus by constantly changing the structure-making it nearly impossible, they treat their employees unfairly, they play favorites, very unprofessional work environment.
