      Company for just filling the void

      Pros

      A company that will find a job for you when unemployed or underemployed.

      Cons

      A company that matches your skills to work for an employer for moderate pay. A person could have an exceptional skill set but will earn much less than expected. This company just fills the 'void' to keep their client satisfied in order not to lose the account. Also, this company doesn't actually follow the pre-screening process as should, and will allow an individual to work for their company and work on an assignment in order to have enough people so the account won't be loss to another competitor. I have much more, but what I wrote is suffice.

      Good benefits and PTO time A committed company to putting people to work at good companies at good wages Compassonite co-workers that care about the people we employ and put to work daily High service to clients with their best interests - always looking for ways to save them money while getting the best talent Sincerity and genuiness company wide with talent and clients (know/serve/trust)

      Cons

      As an employee, must be willing to give long hours. The flip side is the rewards for doing a good job outweigh the workload.
