Everything. Poor management, hire and fire culture. They fire people without any reason and it's very common there. Initially they give you salary little more than what market offers so that you don't have any choice but to join them and later they'll fire you without any reason. They don't have much projects so no system of being on bench or moving to another project. What they mention in the JOB DESCRIPTION is not to be believed because in reality the actual work will be way more different than it. They write really attractive JDs so the candidate feels he or she will be working on a senior position but it's nothing like that. They don't have much projects and don't use latest technologies. Trust me don't join this company, your career will be spoiled else.
