      Pros

      Their interview process was transparent and super informative. The management team really focused on making sure that not only was the company a good fit for me, but that I was going to be a good fit for the position. I’m really looking forward to continuing to grow with the company!

      Cons

      A possible downside may be getting lost in such a big company but from what I can tell, management does a good job of checking in and focuses on building positive relationships with their team.
