I am deeply disappointed with the way my contract termination was handled by Randstad US. Despite assurances from Kim Carter, I was not informed of the need to contact the company after the contract ended. Throughout my time at Randstad US, I worked diligently and trusted that I would be kept informed of any further work opportunities. However, this did not happen, and I was left feeling neglected and unsupported. I believe that clear communication and transparency are essential in any professional relationship, and I feel let down by the lack of these values at Randstad US. Overall, my experience with Randstad US has been disappointing, and I would not recommend them to others based on my experience.
