Pros

You do not have to spend all of your time in the office in this position, because you will attempt to gain new business at other businesses.

Cons

Depending on who your manager is, you could be set up to fail. This is a sales position, It is extremely difficult to bonus and the base pay is bad. A lot of unprofessional and loud behavior in the office. A lot of pointless driving from business to business attempting to find new business in a door-to-door sales manner. 100s of cold calls to companies in attempts to find new business where you will be hung up on, have your number blocked, leave many voicemails that go unanswered, and occasionally getting yelled at. Six months of unhelpful training and average benefits. Harassment by management and prejudice for people with medical conditions.
