A Promising Start So Far

Pros

I've only been here for two weeks, but my experience has been really positive. The work environment feels comfortable and collaborative, and everyone has been welcoming. Being part of the Marketing & Communications team is exciting because I'm surrounded by creative minds who bring fresh ideas to the table every day. I'm still learning the business and my role, but it's been an enjoyable start and I'm looking forward to what the journey ahead has in store.

Cons

Nothing major to mention at this stage. It's only been a couple of weeks, so I'm still settling in and getting familiar with the processes and the organization.

Poor management and lack of basic facilities

None that one can see and feel.

Cons

No proper operating procedures for running a business are followed. All malpractices are being done. Dirty washrooms, Lift not working, no salary increments even after completion of full cycle year.
