Coming in to such a vibrant lively office can be pretty intimidating for someone new to the world of Contract Recruitment either as a Technical Recruiter or Asst. Team lead. Within a short period I was made to feel welcome not only by my immediate colleagues but also by the management and President. Advice, training, staff morale are all top notch and I can honestly say that I've never enjoyed working as much as I do right now. Everyone gets down to business during office hours but there's plenty of socializing opportunities every month ( Employee Welfare Activity- which company spends every month- The one and only kind in Baroda), great staff incentives and training offered throughout the company in all areas.…

Very good people to work with. Very good HR team and very supportive. Pay you before their committed time which brings more joy. The team lead and account manager are always their to teach you to enhance your recruiting skill and great place to learn. And some one truly said if it is not your first job then you will fall in love with this company and work culture. They send you a cake on your anniversary that was a big surprise for me. You can always balance your family and professional life. Hope to see a positive surprise in terms of increment. :)

After applying for a job by this company, it took 3-months (& LOTS of wrangling with my "personal consultant") before I was hired; it might have taken longer if I kept waiting to be contacted. The consultants seem to work at a glacial pace, satisfied with sitting around waiting for their clients to get back to them, instead of working in their candidates' best interest. On the contrary when it came to interviews, the consultants made sure to diligently "hold my hand" to make sure all went well -- my guess is they were making sure to protect their reputation. And don't get me started on their handling of the OnBoarding process...I may as well have gone into their office and get paid for doing their job for them!
