Some of the employees are great!

Cons

Like having guns pointed at you? Low pay. 8 hours on your feet. Being told by customers that " But it's not loaded". Always treat ALL firearms like they are loaded.

Team work is good through out the store. Management inside the store is ok. The discount is why most people are there.

Cons

Computer system is a joke. Hire a CIO and staff it out if you’re going to use IT so heavily. Management outside the store is not even aware of how the store operates.
