cost of items on website still more than our competitors making our discount almost worthless. minimal wage for part times, no medical benefits, no hazard pay (will get a loaded gun pointed at you while RSO and you have to shovel toxic lead with minimal protection) corporate sees you as a disposable pawn to make them money part timers get no commission on sales and management will usually put you on range counter/RSO so their full time staff can get sales to meet their goal. have to beg for basic equipment. radios and headpieces are scarce. squeegees are junk for a company that makes MILLIONS per year in profit, they wont pay their people well or repair older stores. No trust in company to do the right thing or support you. Only days they are closed is Christmas, Thanksgiving, and one more. So expect to work holidays without holiday pay... no christmas gift for years They say they offer 'Industry Leading Discounts' but that discount is not by working for Range USA but because you work in the firearm industry. Avoid if you want to make money here as they dont pay well.
