Cons

Bad pay especially for all the danger involved. No commission any more unless your full time.

Good place to be a customer. Not the best place to work

Pros

Discounted ammunition, classes, food. Good customers. Good coworkers. Supported a cause that I genuinely believe in.

Cons

Micromanagement by the owner. Owner plays favorites. Out-of-date equipment/facilities. Risk of heavy metal poisoning (lead). Irregular schedule. Generally understaffed during busy times. No formal training program for new employees.
