      There putting improvements in what the company looks like new bathrooms .

      There is bullying by supervisors and upper management. People are quitting on a daily bases.

      Good benefits. Good consistent hours available. Weekend overtime if you want it.

      Lack of communication from management. Poor communication from management. Will tell you what they think you want to hear in order to get what they want out of you

      Pros

      The Associate Manager Program is Rantec's way of training new management for the companies future. So its an excellent career building and learning process. Colleagues are professional and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Excellent benefits, including a 401K with company match, along with Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.

      Cons

      The employee program that I am apart of has a few growing pains, but no major issues.
