      It's difficult finding engineering work on the central coast. They treat their people well here and the salary is competitive if you factor in the lower cost of living compared to LA/SF

      Cons

      They only make one type of product so there isn't a variety of things to work on.

      Pros

      Fast paced environment that makes the days go by quick. Plenty of overtime work available for hourly employees who are willing. Lots of opportunities for growth within the organization as well. Company offers decent health insurance and matches up to 6% for 401(k) plan. The 9/80 schedule is also nice.

      Workload can be overwhelming at times.

      Occasionally challenging projects. Can work in SLO County.

      Cons

      Miserable non-communicative management. I would not recommend this company as a career choice out of school - would look elsewhere. Miserable fish- bowl work environment. Don’t waste your time and talents here.
