Pros

Co-workers are friendly and department managers are awesome. Good place to start if you're new to software and software development. The company is always looking for the inexperienced, so it's very much an on the job training environment.

Cons

Outdated processes and a little unorganized. Salaries are not competitive

Pros

Holiday's are paid and are flexible.

Cons

Very low pay for a California based company, No 401k match, and not much growth opportunity, New building is an extra 30 minute drive.

Pros

Software developer/programmer : good experience, ability to learn from others. Direct management is understanding and not overbearing All positions : good health benefits and PTO, overall friendly environment

Cons

DBA/QA/System admin : below average pay due to limited responsibilities ( the programmers build databases and test functional requirements, etc.) so these positions are not exactly necessary just there to relieve the higher paid programmers Software developer/programmer : there are other companies that will offer exactly the same things - so if writing real estate software does not interest you at all you could look elsewhere
